Matt was a great salesman Upon arriving at the dealership several sales people were sitting at their desk or talking amongst fellow staff members. Nobody came to help us and my partner and myself were ready to leave and then Matt came out to assist us. Matt was the only good thing about the dealership. Once I had decided on the car and we moved on to financing, Bill was not very pleasant to work with. He was very unprofessional. He got caught in a lie and became irritated to the point of grabbing the mouse to the computer out of Matt, our salesman’s hand. I chose to obtain my own financing at the bank and returned to buy the car from Matt. Your dealership should really look at some of their employees and their demeanor. I would really like to take the time to thank Matt for his professionalism. More
