New Jeep is still defective after 5 dealership visits I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Jeep less than a year ago and I have found the car to be completely defective. It has automatically shut off while I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Jeep less than a year ago and I have found the car to be completely defective. It has automatically shut off while driving multiple times, putting me in danger and having to veer off the road. I have visited Ferman NPR 5x now and no one has given me any answers or guidance on how my issues can be corrected. They say they have run tests and nothing is wrong. But I am now left with a car that doesn't drive, it won't even turn on, and can't get a call back from the dealership! This experience has been a nightmare and I don't see it ending anytime soon. More

Great car buying experience! I was in the market for a new or certified used SUV due to my current car quickly approaching 100,000 miles. I went to test drive the brand new Jeep C I was in the market for a new or certified used SUV due to my current car quickly approaching 100,000 miles. I went to test drive the brand new Jeep Compass Limited and instantly fell in love with everything about the SUV. I was assisted by Brandon Hicks who was so patient and understanding of my specific situation. After running the numbers and me not willing to settle on anything less than the Limited model, the car ended up falling outside of my price range. So I left the dealership a little disappointed without a brand new car, but I knew the right car would come along at some point. Brandon was never pushy and he was truly looking out for my best interest. Fast forward to four months later and Brandon found me the perfect certified used Jeep Compass with everything that I wanted and it was in my price range!
