He was eager to sell us a car that we wanted and would enjoy for years rather than something he had on the lot. He was patient despite our many changes to the vehicle and searched the databases until we had "IT ". He was respectful of our time, explained the many options available, and was genuinely concerned that we were happy with our final choice. There after the sale !!!!! I bought a new Dodge Rebel in Dec. 2016. My salesperson was Ken Levicky. Yes, salespersons are suppose to go out of their way to secure a sale. Ken didn't press me , he made me feel as if two friends had sat down to talk about what I was looking for in the vehicle. At the end I purchased the vehicle of my choice. Okay, fast forward. After vehicle's first wash, I noticed a bubble in the rubber roof spacer. Took the vehicle in, spoke to Ken, problem fixed. My service advisor was Steve Brawer. Steve was easy to talk to about the problem, didn't get the feeling of just being a customer. I had also met Julio Ayala, sales manager during my purchase. What a trifecta.
