Poor service (David Stevens) made appointment when parts arrived, unable to find parts, hours later found parts that dealership made the appointment for to install. Wrong part delivered, keep vehicle and g arrived, unable to find parts, hours later found parts that dealership made the appointment for to install. Wrong part delivered, keep vehicle and got a courtesy car day 1 day 2 call to see if part arrived, told it and it would be ready day 3, day 3 midday was told wrong part arrived the second time. At that point went to dealership recovered vehicle with original parts reinstalled and cancelled three orders totaling $2,000.00. Upon getting vehicle discovered scratches to paint! Long time Ford customer I was thoroughly disgusted, I am questioning my continued loyalty to the Ford company. More
