I love this dealership! Always so professional and friendly and excellent service.. I always thought the dealerships charged way more than an independent service garage. People are so friendly and they are deliver what they promise (except this last visit). I’ll go back though. The only gripe I have is that I brought my truck in for diagnostics at 8:00 am and was told w promise (except this last visit). I’ll go back though. The only gripe I have is that I brought my truck in for diagnostics at 8:00 am and was told what was wrong with it and that it would be fixed that same day. Great, right? At 4:00 pm I get a call saying they have to order the part and it will be two weeks out. They didn’t know this until 4:00 pm?? If all my other experiences hadn’t been great I would have been terribly upset. I’m glad this wasn’t my first experience with them. More
