Ferman Ford is definitely the WORST svc center I’ve ever dealt with. The service department is made up of the worst used car lot mechanics, nothing but misfits! My vehicle has more damages when I pick it up dealt with. The service department is made up of the worst used car lot mechanics, nothing but misfits! My vehicle has more damages when I pick it up than when it went in for service. Took 3 months to get my vehicle back, with NO help from Ferman. Nothing got done until I reached Amanda w corporate Ford. Again take your business elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed More
