Brought my car in for service. Services requested were not done/noted in service invoice. Wheel alignment specifications before and after we’re not given. Reprimanded for not knowing what I’m talking about. I’m sure that your service technicians are excellent at their jobs. A little respect for me knowing my car and it’s history (15 years) would have gone a long way in making me comfortable bringing my car back again. More
