Service department did a great job. Robert was very courteous and helpful. My 2017 Ford F-250 Diesel with only 10,000 miles was brought in with electrical issues the Technician did a great job. Not as happy with this service appointment as prior visits. Needed a battery changed out that was under warranty. I was told it could take a few hours to run the analysis which is ridiculous for a batt visits. Needed a battery changed out that was under warranty. I was told it could take a few hours to run the analysis which is ridiculous for a battery that is clearly under warranty. When my car was brought out when finished nobody came to tell us it was done. We just happened to notice it was back. Also when my husband called he was told I could just stop by and wouldn’t need to go inside which was incorrect. More
