We found the Lincoln we wanted and really like at Ferguson Ford. We worked with Tom Sfero to start with. He is very nice but we found that it would have been better if we had gone to the sales depart Ferguson Ford. We worked with Tom Sfero to start with. He is very nice but we found that it would have been better if we had gone to the sales department. That is where we had to go to write the contract and get "the treatment". We went at noon and left at 4:30 PM exhausted after getting a long pressure sales pitch from Eric. We bought everything even though we did not want it just to get out of there. We are both in our eighties and can only last so long in high pressure meetings It was not a courteous and friendly time! When we picked up the car we asked for the second FOB(key?) and even though we paid the price and did not haggle about money for the car. We were told that we only get one and if we wanted to get another one we would have to buy it. Who would want a car without a second key? Tom said he would get us a discount - we have not heard a word. We signed the cancellation contract and gave it to Eric the next day to cancel the maintenance contract It has been ten days and we have not seen our refund. We called this morning and was told by Bill that it would be a couple of weeks. This reeks! Would we buy this car again? YES,BUT DEFINITELY AT FERGUSON FORD.! More

Micheal is a smart and kind sales man. Definitely made my experience better. I love the car too. The horn doesn’t work properly and the hood says it’s open when it’s closed which causes the key start button experience better. I love the car too.
