Dimitri was amazing. Very respectful, open and honest. He never once fooled us or wasn’t straight with us. He was respectful when we said no we didn’t need help and he went above and beyond for us. I appreciated him not rushing us especially with paperwork. The biggest thing was Ford was closed by the time we got our paperwork done and he waited for us to see us off. To be honest, my car had a recall and I had to bring it in a second time. I was not treated very kindly. Rob spoke so fast I couldn't understand a word he said. He immediately began saying the car must ha in a second time. I was not treated very kindly. Rob spoke so fast I couldn't understand a word he said. He immediately began saying the car must have "something else wrong with it" even though it was a documented recall. The man who drove me home was really nice. The problem eventually got fixed though, when I had a family friend step in who knew much more about cars than me, and good thing because it was stalling in the middle of the road with my children in it. My feedback would be to slow down..treat people like people..be authentic and not so focused on liability...just be real. That's what people want in this crazy time. I am just a Mom who needed help. Thanks. More
