Throughout my career in advertising sales I have worked with several automobile dealerships and have also bought several vehicles from them. I have to say this about the staff at Fermam Ford. They are the most polite and caring group of people I have met at any business much less automobile sales. The term " Fast talking car salesman " definitely does not apply here. These people genuinely care about their customers. The last 6 months were a little rough on my wife working at Costco through this pandemic in which the mind set of everybody she dealt with was, where is the toilet paper? Not a pleasant crowd to be around. She was very excited to find a car she really wanted, that was in the scope of what she could get due to her damaged credit and low down payment.. Unfortunately her timing was off and she did not get back in time to sign for the car and it was no longer there. I had a conversation with the very polite salesman Eric Hagle to see if he could possibly get her into another vehicle she would be excited about. Of course he said he would do the best that he could considering her financial condition. The next morning over coffee we were discussing what the next move would be when I was contacted by Fermans General Manager Bob Murray, in which he gave me incredible news. Working with the sales manager Dan and Eric Bartholomew in finances they put together an exceptional package for her on a virtually new Ford Focus with everything including the color she loved. She is ecstatic and I am very thankful for all of the time and effort put in to help my wife. This was far and beyond anything they would be expected to do.. On May 19, 2020, taken my Edge Ford for oil change and tire rotation and all around car inspection. In the last 2 times I taken my car in for services.
