Collision repair On 9/23/19 I was visiting my father in Tampa having traveled from my home in Los Angeles and, we were involved in an accident (not our fault.) I assumed all responsibilities in getting his car repaired. After research and recommendation I decided on Ferman Ford. I met with Body Shop Estimator Dennis Daley discussing the following circumstances. Although it was my fathers car, I would be handling all arrangements...I would be returning to California in a few days so any contact would be over phone...finally, although I was the primary contact, could he please inform both me and my father with updates. Mr. Daley went above and beyond his duties...calling me every few days throughout process until work was completed. Not once was I confronted with an insurance company dispute or any questions of necessary repairs. I'm assuming Mr. Daley and his team had a hand in that. My father picked up his vehicle and seems completely satisfied with repairs. Thank you Ferman Ford and Dennis Daley. More
