Very Disappointed I recently bought a 2016 Mustang a few weeks ago and wanted to wait to see if there were any issues of which there were a few namely alignment and tra I recently bought a 2016 Mustang a few weeks ago and wanted to wait to see if there were any issues of which there were a few namely alignment and transmission noise. I made an appointment and had the alignment issue taken care of but the transmission noise which was verified with a ride with a tech was not resolved. I was told that this is normal which it is not and that as long as it shifts ok there isn't a problem and Ibasically would have to live with it and when I come in for my oil change if it's still an issue they would address it. To me if you sell a high ticket item you should stand behind it. No this is not normal and it was verified with the ride with the tech. I have had good experiences with Ferman Chevrolet and was expecting the same. I do not want to fault anyone but this needs to be addressed as this certified car still has a factory and an extended warranty. I work six days a week and I cannot spend time back and forth with a dealership. More

My first trip to Ferman Ford. I was impressed with Ferman Ford's service from the first call. The operator was very helpful as we made an appointment for service. And, I love the a I was impressed with Ferman Ford's service from the first call. The operator was very helpful as we made an appointment for service. And, I love the automated reminders -- probably because they heard I was forgetful. :) Within minutes I received an e-mail informing me the date and time of my appointment. Then, the day before my appointment I got an automated call reminding me. When I dropped of my truck the service writer took his time explaining the 4 recalls my 2016 F-150 Platinum was in for. I added a few items and headed home with the courtesy driver. Who, by the way is a cool guy. The courtesy driver picked me up and took me back to Ferman. I picked up my truck and away I went. Happy to get the recalls done, and enjoying the ride home in the best vehicle I've ever had. My truck runs great thank you Ferman Ford for outstanding service. More

Positive attitude, willing to help Demetrios and his team were very helpful. We went in just for a test drive, nothing was ever pushed on us after driving the vehicle. After the test drive we asked about our lease and our monthly price limit. Although it seemed to be far-fetched Demetrios and his team worked all their best to find the truck we wanted at the price we could afford. "We will make this happen". They worked hard in the background, stayed late (after hours), and were never pushy. In general I can describe our experience easy going, humble, fast and efficient. Demetrios is and should be the role model of all car salesman. You could tell he genuinely wanted to get us an a nice truck (not just a basic one) and you could tell that he would have been sad if we couldn't afford the truck - not because he didn't make the sale, but because he would have failed to his promises and would been broken hearted see us go back to our lease. More

Loaner Car Hard Time Service Department gave me a very hard time securing a loner vehicle when my Ford Fusion was placed out of use because of the Class Action Air bag rec Service Department gave me a very hard time securing a loner vehicle when my Ford Fusion was placed out of use because of the Class Action Air bag recall. They refused to give me a car I could get into without bumping my head on the door top getting in and out. They gave me a Ford Fiesta - not a good replacement for my Fusion. I had to make an appeal to Ford Factory Service Customer Care after the service manager at Ferman repeatedly told me he couldn’t give me a larger car. I had to threaten to call Ford Factory Custmer Care at the dealer service desk before they relented and “magically” found a larger car for me after repeatedly telling me they had no more loaners. They lied to me and had to be threatened before they did the right thing and gave me a Ford Escape. I’ve lost a lot of respect for Ferman Ford and the Ford Brand after owning 6 Ford vehicles. Not sure I will consider Ford for my next vehicle. More
