William was great William, my service advisor was professional, courteous, honest, and reasonable. I would definitely recommend anyone utilizing this dealership to ask William, my service advisor was professional, courteous, honest, and reasonable. I would definitely recommend anyone utilizing this dealership to ask for him to be your advisor. On the other hand, I would not recommend anyone else here. I left messages for management and never heard back. I had the same problem reoccur numerous times and the last time William made sure it was fixed properly. Unfortunately by this time my warranty was up and I had to pay full price for repair even though I had the car in for the same exact symptoms when it was still under warranty. In the end they claimed it was a different problem however, due to the ineptness of the previous service advisor I believe they simply did not fix the problem correctly the first 2 times. I’ve given a great rating strictly for William. Otherwise, I would avoid this repair shop at all costs. More

Obvious hail storm Dents still in the rear fender, paint chips in the front completely ignored, Exhaust system installed, final Aesthetic adjustments not done which made the install look very amateurish. Oversight/Quality Control ?? was completely absent, any supervisor reviewing the work done to it would not have released the car to the customer in that condition. 5-24-2018 More
