The process from diagnosis to a fix took almost 3 months and a lot of hand holding. To just change out a speaker and visor. I spent almost 4 hours in the waiting room to tell me what I told them they need and a lot of hand holding. To just change out a speaker and visor. It could have been weeks sitting there and then I had to wait more weeks for an appointment. Bureaucracy at its best. Did you learn from our government? More
