Buying a new mini convertible. My wife and I have been mini owners since 2013. We have recommended Mini’s to numerous friends and relatives and my wife loves her car. We felt it was time to make a change, and my wife wanted a new mini convertible. Sarah, and the other people we dealt with at the dealership were excellent and Could not have been more helpful. I was told that Mini will not give me the $500 loyalty ownership discount unless I were to finance the vehicle. I wanted to write a check, which I did but was not allowed a loyalty discount. This makes absolutely no sense to me, and I am not very happy about this since we have been loyal owners, and recommended minis to Numerous friends and family. Other than that one glitch, I was extremely happy with the handling, and sale of the vehicle. More

1st experience there was great. I was greeted at my car and walked inside to my service person that knew who I was. So professional and really made me feel welcome. 2nd experience was the exact opposite. T and walked inside to my service person that knew who I was. When I asked them if my appointment was too much for them to handle since it was New Years Eve they seemed fine with the lack of professionalism I was dealing with.
