the buying experience could not have been better or more efficient. This is more on the sales department than the service side as they misrepresented the service package they sold. It was very disappointing to learn I was another sucker. This is a minor thing but I ask side as they misrepresented the service package they sold. It was very disappointing to learn I was another sucker. This is a minor thing but I asked for the batteries in my key fobs to be changed. I was told no problem and even put it on the service sheet. Of course i notice when I get home neither battery was changed. It was a fitting end to a disappointing experience. More
