I am not pleased with my most recent experience. This is the third car I’ve had purchased or leased from this dealership, and I expected a higher level of attention to detail and customer care. The person who dropped off my car on my behalf provided clear instructions that all communication should be directed to a specific phone number, as I was out of the country. Despite these instructions, the team continued to use the number on file instead. Because of this, it made the repair process unnecessarily stressful and difficult to manage remotely. I would have expected better attention to the instructions that were clearly given at drop-off. Granted this experience is not a usual experience I have when dealing with the service department. I usually deal with Matthew and he communicates very well. I received a message asking how my service was from Cesar and I explained I was unhappy and no response. I expected better customer care.
