I had a bad tire - screw in it. Had a 2:00 pm appointment. I was told it could take up to 1/2 hour for approval from the insurance company as I had Wheel and tire coverage. I did Had a 2:00 pm appointment. I was told it could take up to 1/2 hour for approval from the insurance company as I had Wheel and tire coverage. I did not leave there until 4:50 pm. Almost 3 hours to change a tire! Bad service! You have to do better! More

I originally gave the place 5 stars. .. utmost love and respect.... BUT when you spend 60k and 5k on warranties.... only to be treated like dirt when there's a problem... is time to go .. utmost love and respect....
