Brought Mini in for battery issue and 4 new tires. Was told by other service member it would be ready for pickup at 5pm. When I arrived my vehicles was not ready, in fact it was still on the lift and Was told by other service member it would be ready for pickup at 5pm. When I arrived my vehicles was not ready, in fact it was still on the lift and no new tires on it. Courtney, who I usually deal with took care of the issue and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day by noon. I will only del with Courtney from now on. More
