It took so long for simple oil change and after complementary wash I was missing antenna....they unscrew it, but, probably, forgot to put it back...I did not call them because it is my wife car and complementary wash I was missing antenna....they unscrew it, but, probably, forgot to put it back...I did not call them because it is my wife car and I noticed several weeks after...I do not think that I will use them for simple service as oil change any more... I arrived unexpectedly at your service center one Wednesday morning with an emergency. While driving on 275 my sunroof above me exploded. After a disorienting moment I drove directly to Ferman mini w Wednesday morning with an emergency. While driving on 275 my sunroof above me exploded. After a disorienting moment I drove directly to Ferman mini where I had purchased my car. After explaining my predicament to the service representative David , he took my info and ushered me to a private office to contact my car insurance. While I was on the phone for nearly an hour he was able to secure a loaner car for me to get on with my day. I want to Thank David and Fermin Mini service for all you did to help me deal with my car repair. Thank You! More
