This is more on the sales department than the service side as they misrepresented the service package they sold. It was very disappointing to learn I was another sucker. This is a minor thing but I ask side as they misrepresented the service package they sold. It was very disappointing to learn I was another sucker. This is a minor thing but I asked for the batteries in my key fobs to be changed. I was told no problem and even put it on the service sheet. Of course i notice when I get home neither battery was changed. It was a fitting end to a disappointing experience. More
