Great Car Buying Experience This is the first time I purchased a car remotely. Add to that it was a Ferrari and you can understand the anxiety level. From the first phone call with Hank Carpenter I just knew he was going to go the extra mile for me. Hank went over the car with me over the phone, sent pictures, researched the car’s history and gathered data from the previous owner. The price negotiation was pleasantly simple and required much less time than anticipated. After the purchase Hank stayed in contact and worked me through the financial process with the Finance Manager. In closing I can’t express how satisfied I am with the whole process. I suggest you seek out Hank when looking for your next car. More

What can I say about Mr Randy Carpen ? He was great that’s the best way to put it. He got me out of a 10,000$ hole on my old car into a brand new Alfa Romeo Giulia TI sport. Silvio listen to all our request for a CPO Stelvio 2019 fisrt ; then, the lease of a new one was better and we finally did it: We've got our new Stelvio leased at the price, color and options that we asked for.Everybody did what they are supposed to do and more. The buying experience was supreme. No pressure, no bad news, no arguments. I wish I have to buy another car, because I want to go back to that dealer (mind you they have the most beautiful Ferraris and Porshces around, so is a pleasure. Went in to see a loaner 2019 Ghibli and walked out with a brand new Grand Sport for my son. Needless to say, he's very happy and I am pleased with the deal and service received, as usual. The best part of the entire experience was working with Michael Rivera. He was so easy to work with, took his time with my son and us, showed us several vehicles and in the end helped us get exactly what we wanted.
