Your service writer is a great employee but your service department is being run very poorly. First of all my car has warranty and you dealer didn’t provide me with a loaner car and I was forced to rent a c department is being run very poorly. First of all my car has warranty and you dealer didn’t provide me with a loaner car and I was forced to rent a car from enterprise and just to get the insurance coverage it cost me close to six hundred dollars and it took 8 days just to diagnose the problem and I already had an appointment on August 10th and August 18th they found the problem and it took almost two weeks to get my car back and it cost me almost $600 to fix my car under the warranty. So the warranty means nothing with your policy. You are supposed to provide the customers with warranty a loaner car. But the service writer was kind enough to cover the rental charges. So I wasn’t impressed with your dealership. That’s not the first time. The time before the last I had a problem with the hatch and it took over three weeks to fix the problem and that cost me a lot money too. That time I didn’t write a review for not ruining your reputation but this time I couldn’t stay quiet. I have been your customer for many years and i have bought many cars from your dealer groups. I had purchased two Oldsmobile from Findlay when you had Oldsmobile dealer ship and three Kia’s and three Chevrolet from dealership. I usually every three years buy a new car but my last visit was the straw that broke the camel’s back. As soon as my warranty runs out I’m going back to German cars. More
