As I do not see "Daniel's" name listed below, I cannot check the "5-Star" symbol. I guess you can read that his attitude, friendliness, and quick response in getting my truck in, and completed faster than check the "5-Star" symbol. Daniel was able to carry on a personal conversation "while" completing his paperwork, payment, etc. Not being rude, but costs can be kind of high, having a friendly conversation helps get through with less pain. :) Though my 1500 AT4 is a GMC, Findlay Chev are the only ones to touch it so far. We'll try and keep it that way! More

Terrible customer service. They made an illegal deal and didn’t take accountability for it.
