He kept everything clean and neat. I was honored to spend time visiting with him. We need more people in the world like James. Thank you for having such a ray of sunshine to lift the spirits of people who are not always happy spending money to repair their vehicles but the greeting from James seemed to make the whole experience less painful. Had a 2pm appointment, was told on arrival there was a two hour wait, and since I’m waiting anyways I could get my alignment done in the same timeframe! I find it disconcerting that I had a scheduled appo two hour wait, and since I’m waiting anyways I could get my alignment done in the same timeframe! I find it disconcerting that I had a scheduled appointment yet still had to wait in the queue for my service to be done. I also find it disconcerting that adding an entirely different maintenance could still end up taking the same amount of time as my scheduled maintenance? I ended up waiting three hours for standard 5 month maintenance. I was also charged $60 for the service which should have been free considering I opted for Toyota care plus upon purchase. The guy was nice enough but general ineptitude and disrespect of my time will probably sour my trips to the dealership from here on out. Extremely disappointed. More
