Awful salesmen I had the displeasure of working with working with one of your very uneducated salesman. Not only did he try to sell a souped up vehicle, he under val I had the displeasure of working with working with one of your very uneducated salesman. Not only did he try to sell a souped up vehicle, he under valued my trade in. I told him that I only wanted to go through FORD Credit and to NOT run it through other banks. Well he did. Several different ones. My wife’s truck is through ford credit and Mr. Tuttman told us when we bought my wife’s vehicle that we would ALWAYS be able to get financed through them. He told me that my loan was pending and that he would call me back. HE NEVER DID! I can’t remember his name, but he was very unprofessional and I would not recommend any salesman at five star ford. However, Mr. Tuttman is awesome. We loved the Tuttman experience when we bought my wife’s truck. It’s just too bad he works at a dealership like you!! More
