Randy is very personable and ensured all my needs had been met. I was armed with foreknowledge of exactly which vehicle I wanted so there truly were no unpleasant surprises. It was an exceptionally busy sales day (12/31/18) but all the folks involved in the sale bent over backwards to get us on the road in our new vehicle as quickly as possible. I will easily buy my next vehicle from Randy and Five Star Ford again. Can't give a better recommendation than that. More

Finance manager Bubba Smith worked with me as well to get me the best deal possible on the maintenance package as well as out of there as quickly possible so that I could be back to work the very next morning. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Alfred to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle. More
