This is my third purchase at this dealership working with William May. I like working with William because there isn't a lot of back and forth games with the sales manager as there are with many dealerships William May. He appreciates my time and I appreciate that, as the purchase process takes long enough as it is. Any Fords I purchase in the future will be with William May as long as he hasn't retired. The "Tut Experience" with Tut Edwards in the finance office was great as well. Very personable and willing to cut it up with buyers and make the end of the purchasing process bearable with some lightheartedness. He's good at upselling things such as extended warranties and other coverages and willing to work with the buyer on those. I wouldn't mind working with Tut on every purchase moving forward as well.
