Smooth Buying Experience First, Randall Swindell met my wife and I at the door, offered us refreshments, sat us down and proceeded to explain fully all our buying options. Next, Randall introduced us to Sam O'Reggio because I was interested in buying a cover for the truck bed. Sam showed us a video of the product and answered all my questions. (Yep, bought the cover). We next sat in with 'Tut' Edwards who went over all our finance options, meanwhile, answering all our questions. All three were very professional, attentive and meticulous in their area of expertise. It was a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish, plus it went rather quickly. Thelma and I thank these three professionals and Five Star Ford! More

The offer for my vehicle was close enough and high enough to offset the trouble of selling it myself. Got to the paperwork and Tut Edwards was very knowledgeable, personable and fair. Found me the best deals on Gap and extended warranty, and didn't try to oversell services and things i didn't need. Sam in parts even went the extra mile to investigate what i needed to get my Companion hitch into my Ford truck with OEM puck style 5th wheel prep . Good Stuff! So, I was offered the option to trade my lease in 7 months early and thought I would see if I could save some money. Apparently I didn't know as much So, I was offered the option to trade my lease in 7 months early and thought I would see if I could save some money.
