Once Johnny showed the wife and I the exact cars we asked to see we decided on a very specific vehicle. Johnny located my wife's dream Ruby Red Explorer Sport equipped 100% as we had asked for. So the wife and I are feeling good by this time, Oh no the trade in value of I car. The trade in value came back right in line with what I had researched and a thousand more than two other appraisals I had received. So another Tip of the Hat to Five Star Ford. Now all that was left was the Finance office , Yes, the dreaded Finance office where most dealerships try to add on all kinds of expenses. This was not the case at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. Our Finance officer, David Welch, was very pleasant to deal with. David explained my payment options. David also explained the additional services available and help us decide wish ones might fit our needs. Thanks to David Welch the wife and I both left the Finance department HAPPY !
