Terribly disappointed I would rate our experience higher except for one huge disappointment. I shopped for about 200 miles around for a specific Edge Titanium with the 4 cy I would rate our experience higher except for one huge disappointment. I shopped for about 200 miles around for a specific Edge Titanium with the 4 cylinder EcoBoost engine. The mileage stated on the window sticker for the EcoBoost is about 23 city and 29 highway - not great but decent for such a substantial car. Instead of holding out for the EcoBoost model, I took the dealership's word that the 6 cylinder model would average the 20 city and 26 highway as stated on the window sticker. After calculating the extra cost for a 5,000 mile trip, and getting tired of the whole process, I agreed. We traded in a perfectly good and brand new 2017 Subaru Outback Touring on this car...because the Outback was just not comfortable, though it was a nicer car to drive and got great gas mileage with the 6 cylinder engine. After 1,500 miles, including a drive to Austin and back and many trips to Dallas, all at highway speed, I've yet to see anything over 22.1 mpg on the Edge. Mixed mileage averages around 18.5, with highway driving averaging about 21.5 - not even close to our expectations. Our plans to drive cross country are now questionable. Everybody at this dealership was very nice and easy to work with, but I am more than disappointed in the economy of this car. If I could swap it for something as comfortable with good gas mileage, I'd do it today. More

Best experience ever! From the moment we walked in, we were treated respectfully. After telling our salesman Danny exactly what we were looking for, he pulled up the truck From the moment we walked in, we were treated respectfully. After telling our salesman Danny exactly what we were looking for, he pulled up the truck for us to look at and test drive. There was not a lot of the back and forth on the price. We paid a very fair price for the truck. After taking care of his part, Danny sent us to Joe in finance. There we received the same respectable treatment. Both Danny and Joe were very knowledgeable about their jobs, which helped us to make the decisions we needed. We will definitely return to this dealership! More

David, in finance, was the epitome of patience when we had difficulties with Experian.. Jimmy led us through the sync process and then showed us many features which had changed over our 2025 Escape. Both Marissa and Jimmy Mathews have called us since to be sure everything was the way we wanted with our new purchase.
