With factory gearing up for 2018 models they could no longer order a 2017 equipped to our specs. However he searched diligently to find one for us and while it had over $700 in additional equipment we did not want, that was thrown in with the deal as we already had set a maximum loan amount. This process took almost a week watching which vehicles meeting our needs were being shipped to what dealers and then negotiating a trade with that dealer that still fell within our price parameters. John was always there for us returning calls promptly and keeping us informed on setbacks and progress. Picked up our new vehicle Monday, could not be more pleased with his attitude and service.
