Salesmanship Above Reproach I have been coming to Five Star Ford since 2012 when my wife leased a Ford Edge, I purchased a Lariat. We got great deals on those vehicles and incredible customer service. Justin Allerheiligen was so dedicated to getting us in vehicles and payments we needed. He worked with me via email and over the phone for probably 3 months before we made the deal. After that when it was time for new ones we were back again for another great deal. This time Justin called and let me know they had a great sale going on so we came in and took advantage of more great service and two more excellent car deals. This most recent experience is why we won't buy a Ford from anyone but Justin allerheiligen...he cares. He doesn't try to convince you can spend more money that you can or put you in a note that leaves you financially strapped. From a business standpoint, he's like an excellent billiards player, each shot he makes...is setting up the next one. We already know what kind of shape and where we'll be at for our next round of vehicles and that looks outstanding as well. Cheers Justin, you're the only salesman I've ever met that I don't hate! I told him exactly what I was looking for down to every detail. He found one somewhere in South TX had it sent to him and still had the best price out of every other dealership I spoke with. I made two visits one to confirm the vehicle had everything I wanted and was there about 25 min and then again to pick it up. The second time I was there about 2 hours. As I was picking up the Platniumn Explorer I noticed a small door ding. Lee had it fixed in about 30 min. Then he went over every function and detail on the Explorer with me. I typically buy about 2 vehicles a year because of my work. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

My experience with Service Advisor Michael Fitch I have been having my Ford Mustang serviced at 5 star Ford and Michael has been my advisor for several years. He is honest and trustworthy. If he recommends an additional service I know he's just not trying to run up my bill. Michael is thorough and has excellent attention to detail. Yesterday I took our 2010 Ford Mustang in for service, which by the way only has 32,000 miles on it. My wife has been asking for a new car and I told her it could only be a Ford because I couldn't imagine having my car serviced at any other dealership or not having Michael as our advisor. Michaels dedication to customer service is way beyond the norm of what you expect in todays world. He recommended Mike Dike as the salesman I should use. He walked me over to the showroom and introduced me to Mike Dike. I will submit a separate review on him. My entire experience and interactions with all the employees at Five Star ford is always positive from top to bottom is always excellent. Michael Fitch is one not the most important reasons I could never imagine doing business at any other dealership. More
