I used the “text the dealer” function on the website of the dealership and was hooked up with Aaron. He always followed up and answered all my questions. Unlike what you see with other sales associates, he was very timely, precise in his answers and consistent. There were no canned answers at all, he understood my car purchase needs and worked with me accordingly. I noticed he checks his emails religiously. I’m an out of the state buyer, I offered to take an Uber, but Aaron insisted to pick me up when I flew to DFW airport. Very nice gesture, he seems like a guy who would always go the extra mile for you. I test drove the car, and Aaron started telling me so many things regarding the car’s capability and history, he is very knowledgeable and by far gives you the best advice. I highly recommend dealing with Aaron as he made a what seemed a difficult out of state transaction into a smooth experience, no regrets at all. Aaron, please keep up the great service and commitment. I also had the opportunity to work with the business office when signing the paperwork. It was through Elbert (Tut) Edward. Very nice and down to earth guy. He realized that I came out of the state to pick up the car and prepared the documents for me to sign in order to avoid any delay to my trip. I like how he even plasti-wrapped the temporary tag for me so it won't get wet. Aaron took care of installing the temp tag with screws "no messy tape". Love these guys. More

Highly Recommend Randall Swindell!! I was in the market for a used truck and someone recommended I go to Five Star Ford NRH and I see why. As I pulled in the lot I was expecting to be sw I was in the market for a used truck and someone recommended I go to Five Star Ford NRH and I see why. As I pulled in the lot I was expecting to be swamped by salesmen but that wasn't the case here. I made my way to the door and was then greeted by Randall Swindell. He was very polite in welcoming my family and I into the dealership, taking his time to ask what we were in the market for and began pulling up trucks only matching what I had expressed I wanted. He wasn't in a rush to make a sale or pushing for me to try this and that, he was just interested in finding me exactly what I was looking for. I test drove around 3 trucks and each time Randall took the time to walk me through each of them, answering each question I had. After all of this I passed on these because they just didn't feel right... So Randall continued to search and it eventually became 2.5 hours past the time he was scheduled to be off and I insisted he go home and that I appreciated him staying late but he denied me each time. He said he will stay as late as he needs to help me find the perfect truck. After all this searching and digging into the system I just couldn't find the right truck so I we called it quits for that night. Randall said he will continue to keep an eye on the specific vehicle I was looking for and if anything came up he would call me and that's exactly what he did. He put together a truck with the package I was looking for so I headed up to the dealer and as I was pulling in Randall called... "Mr. Daniels, I have the truck ready that you were looking for but there is one thing... I just had this Platinum show up and it's in extremely good condition, I think you will like it." So I went ahead, pulled in as he met me at the door with the keys ready to go. We walked out to the first truck he had put together, drove this one as he explained everything about it. I just wasn't feeling that it was the right one so he said "lets go check this other one out" and man was I glad we did. As I was walking up to this truck it just stood out! I looked at Randall and said this is the one, let's take it out for a spin. We did and I knew this was my truck. I told Randall lets go in and start the paperwork. He was very patient, thorough and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He definitely rolled out the red carpet for me. If I could recommend any salesman and dealership to go to it would be Randall Swindell at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX. I will definitely be going back to this dealer and will be working with only Randall. More
