Bought a new Ford F-150 Platinum After searching the internet for the type of vehicle I was looking for, I found it at Five Star Ford in NRH. When I arrived at the dealership Diron After searching the internet for the type of vehicle I was looking for, I found it at Five Star Ford in NRH. When I arrived at the dealership Diron greeted me and we quickly discussed the vehicle I had found online. Once I confirmed it was what I wanted he began the paperwork and we spent some time talking about items such as financing, insurance, and other extras. Diron was great at presenting options but not trying to push anything on me. He also did an excellent job of explaining how we arrived at the final price. Once Diron completed all the paperwork I then spoke to David to finalize everything. The details were discussed one more time to verify everything was as I expected. David was very accommodating, answering any last minute questions I could think of. Overall I had a great experience at Five Star Ford in NRH and would recommend them to anyone. More

Jeff Crabtree (who was a salesman when I made my first purchase almost ten years ago) is just a great gentleman to work with. Wayne Biggers worked out a very reasonable trade-in toward the SUV that I wanted, and the bottom line is that I could not be more pleased with the purchase, the sales atmosphere, the customer service, or the fact that they beat the preapproved finance offer that I brought to the table.
