Chad laid out my options clearly. I took a day or 2 to work out the details and make a decision. He didn't call me 10,000 times. It was awesome. Not only did I buy a new car, so did my husband and 2 of our friends both bought cars within a week of us. I was a loyal Honda buyer. I converted due to the customer service at Five Star.
