Fantastic Price and Customer Service I always dread buying cars, primarily due to previous interactions with typical car salesmen. This time was completely different. I inquired about an I always dread buying cars, primarily due to previous interactions with typical car salesmen. This time was completely different. I inquired about an Explorer Thursday evening, had an email response first thing Friday, spoke with Josh and let him know that I needed his best price and he gave me his best offer right off the bat and therefore, he didn't waste my time or his going back and forth. His price beat my local dealer's price in Oklahoma, and due to the price and the service I received from Josh over the course of several phone calls and emails to finalize details, I drove 3.5 hours that Saturday to give him my business. In addition, Josh's supervisor contacted me, well after the deal was agreed on to "thank me" for my business and for driving to their dealership from Oklahoma. Also, the finance manager, Robert, was very impressive and didn't employ the typical aggressive tactics to push extended warranties like most dealerships do. Bottom line...I can't say enough about how impressed and satisfied my wife and I were with our entire experience. We would recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely plan on doing business with them in the future. More

I tend to do a lot of research on my own and had an idea what a new truck should go for, and the value of the trade in on my existing truck. I called 5Star and Sam Limo was assigned to me. I explained the scenarios I was contemplating and Sam was straight forward, listened to each of my issues, made recommendations, and throughout the iterations of vehicles and final pricing, he remembered the key issues I was dealing with. I was able to do much of the negotiating and credit application process over the phone, or via the internet, allowing me to spend as little time in the dealership as possible. (I had a hectic 3 days and could not spend 2 or 3 hours). As we were waiting for a vehicle to arrive from another dealership, Sam kept me informed and recommended when I come into the dealership to minimize my time. I really appreciated his respect for my busy schedule. More

We asked the salesperson that we had dealt with in the past, Melvin Seibel, to find the model with the options we wanted. The dealership didn't have what we wanted so he spent some time locating the car for us. When he had the car at the dealership he gave us a call and we went in to look it over. We decided we would take the car and the purchase was negotiated. We were given the price that we felt was acceptable and drove the car off that same day. The financial rep at Five Star was very efficient and got our paperwork done in a very short time. We opted to have some after market items added to the car as well. These items were installed the same day we purchased the car and we drove away completely satisfied. More
