Both our Salesman, John Hilsinger, and our finance manager, Robert Leet, were friendly, personable, kind and gracious. I had my heart set on a Honda Fit for ages, but after one test drive of the Fiesta Titanium, the Fit was a distant memory. I got an amazing car at a fair price, and the purchasing experience was virtually painless (I say "virtually" because it's impossible to be completely patient and relaxed while you're waiting to drive away in your cool car). By far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and I will without a doubt continue to purchase cars from Five Star. Thanks again to Robert and John! More

New F-150 Purchase I wasn't really planning on buying a new truck this year until I saw Fords $0-Down, 0%-APR, for 72-months on just about all of their vehicles. We bou I wasn't really planning on buying a new truck this year until I saw Fords $0-Down, 0%-APR, for 72-months on just about all of their vehicles. We bought my wife's 2013 Edge from Jim Rich in 2012 and I'd told Jim then that if I ever bought another Ford that it would be from him. I called Jim up on a Wednesday and he had the vehicles that I wanted to look at ready on Thursday. I went out and looked at all of them and selected a Ruby Red F-150 Lariat with the 502A package, V-6 turbo, tow package, and a spray in bed liner. The truck was ready on Friday afternoon and I went and picked it up after work and I couldn't more happy with my purchase! More

Awesome experience! I bought a 2016 Ford Focus ST. After making an online inquiry, I was contacted by Chad Ritter, Internet Sales Manager. Let's just say he is patient, k I bought a 2016 Ford Focus ST. After making an online inquiry, I was contacted by Chad Ritter, Internet Sales Manager. Let's just say he is patient, knowledgeable and understands the perspective of the buyer. He knows how the business works and is superb at bringing the desires of the buyer into that world. I felt like I always had his attention and my concerns were always addressed. His communication skills are excellent and he offered several purchasing options considering all the rebate programs offered by Ford. Thanks Chad for a great buying experience! In the Finance Department, David Hill is equally awesome, David explained everything in a way that was understandable. He offered legitimate additional options for the purchase yet was not the least bit pushy when I declined. At one point when there was an issue between what I understood and what he understood to be the process, he took charge, involved that salesman and together they contacted Ford home office to resolve things. Her car was totaled and we were trying to replace with insurance proceeds. David called me immediately and told me I should look at the 5 Star website because there were some pretty good prices on new Fiestas. I actually hit make my deal and was heading to the dealership when he called and told the car I wanted was sold. David followed up Monday trying to fins something that fit but there was nothing on the lot. .I went to TrueCar again and spoke to a couple of dealerships. In the end, even though I spent a little more than intended, 5 Star had the best deal for a Fiesta SE and David was a great guy to work with. When I am ready for a new Truck I will come to 5 Star and speak to David. More
