He wasted no time in explaining all our options for financing a new car. After a short time we decided to lease rather than buying. The paperwork was taken care of in a matter of a few minutes and we left there feeling very confident in our decision. He has also helped us in a couple of matters since. Told them my situation and told them our monthly requirement and he went to work. He then went looking and found us a certified pre owned ford f150 super crew and it was perfect. They worked with us on price and with my trade. We made a deal and John was the best sales man I have ever had. I will always buy from him and Five Star given the opportunity to. All the staff and dealership was a pleasure to deal with. Awesome dealership and John is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. What happened to the service department I have been going to this dealership every since I moved to the area. I have bought two new vehicles from them and love their sales department. I onc I have been going to this dealership every since I moved to the area. I have bought two new vehicles from them and love their sales department. I once felt the same about the service department but my last couple of visits were not what I have become accustomed to when going to this location. Over the last two days I have took each of my vehicles in to be serviced and both times I had to fund someone to assist me. The second time when I went inside I found two service advisors playing with their phones. Both visits took extended periods of time to get oil changes with the longest being three hours. Not sure what happened but it may be t I me to find a new home. Sad but true. More

We contacted Alfred the day before and set up a time to come in and look. He had 3 vehicles lined up for us to look at when we arrived based on what we had told him the day before. While test driving he took our car and had trade-in value stabled so were ready to sit down and work out our deal on the new car. Our deal was done and off to finance in less than an hour. Our "Tutman Experience" was excellent. We were in and our of there within 30 minutes and off in our new vehicle. We cant say enough good things about this dealership. You will never find another salesman like Alfred El-Darazi! He has the customer skills that I wish everyone would adopt!! Or had every incentive added online known to man kind that no one could even qualify for. Mel told me a no BS price which was straight forward. PS which they were $2500 lower than any other dealer in Texas! So i drove nearly 5 hours to get to this dealer and it was the best choice I have ever made. They had such great deals that my wife ended up getting a new car as well! Then when we got to the financing side I dealt with Anthony Snyder. Surely if there was any hidden fees they would glare in the finance room. Once again it was exactly how Mel told me it would be.
