I had a great salesman he was easy to talk to about my credit and the finance guy was so down to earth and straight foward also. my credit is bad but I got the best treatment and a 1.9% apr plus the big guy there gave me the most on my trade plus they have rebates. Upon stepping out of my last vehicle, Randall Swindell (Swin-dell, not Swindle) greeted me with enthusiasm, and he respected by right to have an enjoyable car-buying experience. I told Randall what I was looking for, since Five-Star list their lowest price possible, which can be seen as dealer incentive, so this means no bargaining i.e. haggling. I noticed that their was a similarly equipped Mustang that was $800 cheaper, but had been sold two days prior. Randal worked with the sales manager to get me the same price for my Oxford White Mustang. Next, my wife and I entered the financing room, also known as ''the box.'' However, we were not pressured into getting any B's extended warranties, ''Resist-all,'' or nitrogen tires etc. Overall, the best dealership experience that I have ever had, and I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone.
