Best car buying experience I've ever had. I just went in to trade in my Explorer and was looking at getting a Focus to downsize. I ended up getting a Fusion for about the same money I was goi I just went in to trade in my Explorer and was looking at getting a Focus to downsize. I ended up getting a Fusion for about the same money I was going to spend on the Focus, but it is a much better fit for my needs. Jim Rich was awesome to work with. The whole process only took a few hours. In the past, it would be an entire day spent at the dealership, but this time, it was only about 2 hours and we were done with everything, and I got a car I love for a great price. More
