Fast and east experience I was able to submit a request online and start my buying experience without any problems. My wife and I spent maybe a total of 2 hours in the dealer I was able to submit a request online and start my buying experience without any problems. My wife and I spent maybe a total of 2 hours in the dealership. We were able to handle most of the process by phone or email. Chad Ritter and Melvin Seibel were able to negotiate my time constraints to where I my Escape was detailed and ready to go as soon as I walked in to sign the paperwork. We had only one small hiccup in the process. There was a scuff mark on the console near the driver seatbelt buckle. However, I was able to reach Melvin by email, showed up the next day to meet Chad, and within 30 minutes the repair looked like a whole new console was put it. The trim guy did an amazing job! My family has had a strong history of positive experiences with Five Star. We won't go anywhere else! More
Good Experience with Car Dealer I was referred to Five Star Ford by 2 different family members. Both had purchased vehicles there and both were high on process being simple and quic I was referred to Five Star Ford by 2 different family members. Both had purchased vehicles there and both were high on process being simple and quick. I dealt with Randall Swindell as the Car Salesman and as described he was very helpful and tried to find as many markdowns as he could which resulted in a good price for the car I purchased. I also dealt with Kenny Wilder for the financing. That was quick and painless. I he and Mr. Swindell explained all of the available after purchase items available to me and I did take advantage of most of them. Thank you Randall and Kenny. Previous experiences at Car Dealerships tend to be very long in duration with a lot of "I need to go and speak with my manager" about the purchase. It went smooth for me pretty much all the way from beginning to end. My ONLY negative would be the value I was given for my Trade In. It was well under the current market and trade in value according to Used Car Trade In prices. Mr. Swindell explained their position but I still had reservations about the Appraiser's final decision. More
