Our sales person, Aaron was informative, professional and took a normal stressful experience of buying a car into one of order and calmness. His sense of humor and ability to empathize with our buying experience put both my wife and 16 year old son at ease. Financing was the smoothest and quickest I have ever gone through in 30 years of car buying. Kenny was great.... Not pushy... He presented the options..pros and cons... And we were free to make a choice that fit our needs. We were introduced to the after market accessory sales person...and William Conner and Joshua Fichter was polite and respectful. All of them shared in the excitement of our 16 yo getting his first car. While they knew who was writing the check, they treated him like the customer...congratulating him, shaking his hand and engaging in meaningful conversation.
