Our goal was to reduce our monthly payment (usually not the best way to approach a car sale) and Joe helped us accomplish that. Tut came through and was easily the best finance guy I've dealt with. In the past, finance is where we've been blindsided and our car buying experience soured, but that is not what happened this time around. Both were personable and easy to work with. After buying, we had an minor issue with the interior lights in our Escape. Joe brought us in and took care of getting that sorted out. Alfred walked up, introduced himself and preceded to help my wife and I acquire a new F250 King Ranch. We knew only the basics of what we wanted and Alfred walked the lot, showed us vehicles and answered our questions professionally, honestly and with a cordialness that resulted in not just a new truck, but a new friend. We drove the new vehicle off the lot at 7pm. Fast, Friendly, Courteous, Painless, Pleasant, Fun, and within my budget. I was in again today to get the aftermarket add ons completed and spent a short time with Alfred chatting before the truck was finalized. Both of our trucks have been purchased at 5-Star, and I envision a few more vehicles being purchased there in the future.
