Once there he and the finance manager got us an even better finance offer than originally quoted. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and the technology built into it. He spent time showing us how everything works and gave us information on how to join classes to learn the rest. I can't say enough about how good the service was. The finance manager went above and beyond as well, he explained the original finance options and after a few minutes of talking he offered us an even better finance rate, even though he didn't have to. It was the best customer service I have ever received buying a vehicle. More

I know service advisors get busy with other customers and I called the next day to check on my car mid-morning, left a message and he returned my call within about ten minutes. He checked the status of my car, called me back with the great news that the technician had already checked it out and that the parts required for the repair had already arrived at the dealership. Wow! That was quick. Odie called me back mid-afternoon with the great news that my car would be ready to go shortly. He also scheduled a courtesy pickup for me and by five o'clock, I was on my way home with my car repaired. I can't thank Odie enough for being so courteous and conscientious about keeping me informed and taking care of me after the problems I had had at another nearby dealership trying to get my car repaired. Thank you Odie!!! You're my service advisor from now on!!! More
