Rick Dike - Awesome!! Tut Edwards - Very helpful!! I typically dislike buying cars - usually too much sales pressure. I walked into Five Star Ford and had the fortune to work with Rick Dike. The overal I typically dislike buying cars - usually too much sales pressure. I walked into Five Star Ford and had the fortune to work with Rick Dike. The overall experience was the best I've ever had in buying a car. Rick put no pressure on me and worked hard to give me exactly what I wanted. He took his time with me, answered my questions, put up with my occasional wishy-washiness, and ultimately got me in and out in what seemed like record time. Let's not forget about price - he didn't try to fool around with me, but simply put his best foot forward and we closed the deal very quickly. Tut Edwards was my finance manager - aside from being incredibly entertaining and funny, he was very helpful in making sure I was making the best financial decisions. He did not put pressure on me to buy things I didn't want. Again, he worked quickly and got me out the door extremely quickly. Both Rick and Tut were simply nice people who made me feel that they were mostly concerned with helping me, versus making a sale. I highly recommend both of them. More

Crystal was so up front and focused on getting me a good deal it was more like she was there with me instead of working for the dealership. The entire process was fast and smooth, it was the first time in my life (and I am not young) that I walked out of a dealership and felt I got the best deal I could have. The finance guy Anthony at the end was awesome, what a great sense of humor. If you want a good car buying experience, stop by, I don't believe you will be disappointed. More
