A very smooth transaction was accomplished there. I experienced a very minor issue with the service department. David showed a genuine interest in making things right. It has been my experience that occasionally salesmen have a tendency to take advantage of customers. At Five Star Ford this is not an option. I was treated with a great deal of respect. I never had any mechanical issuses with it and the only thing I had to replace were the tires and battery. Which is a common maintenance to have. I am confident with my second purchase, I will have the same results and drive another 100,000 + miles without being concerned about breaking down.
