Best car buying experience - EVER! Let me start by saying, this was the most fun and most exciting car buying experience I've ever had. 3 weeks before I arrived at 5 Star Ford I began Let me start by saying, this was the most fun and most exciting car buying experience I've ever had. 3 weeks before I arrived at 5 Star Ford I began what I knew would be a painful and mentally exhausting task of going to dealership after dealership and getting beat up by sales people. I was correct. I felt drained and frustrated after driving several different vehicles. They turned what should be fun into a dreaded task. I then turned to the internet and went to the Five Star Ford web page. I was immediately greeted with a chat room that wasn’t pushy and invited me to look at their inventory online. I told them what I was looking for and asked if they could help. That was on a Saturday and on the following Tuesday, Internet Sales Manager Chad Ritter called me to verify the car options I wanted and he went to work. By Thursday he had the vehicle I wanted (2015 Ford Edge) on his lot and was ready to go. I stopped by his office and initiated the paperwork and left for the day. On Friday he called and said everything was in order and asked when I could stop by and pick up the vehicle. I came back on Saturday and finally got to look at the vehicle. WOW! I was blown away. Then Chad surprised me with additional rebate offers that he researched and lowered my cost even more! We went to the finance office and met Kenny Wilder. Kenny was great too! He didn’t apply high pressure to buy back end products which I appreciated. We finished about as quickly as possible with all of the paperwork and I was done. I couldn’t believe I bought exactly what I wanted and spent about 2 hours at the most, actually in the dealership. That was truly exciting and fun and the best way to ever buy a new vehicle! I want to say THANK YOU Chad for listening and working to make me a customer for life! You make car buying what it should be. Exciting and fun!
