But, I have to say, this was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had! I drove over and Jason already had the key for the vehicle we had already discussed. He was with another customer but had already gotten Mel Seibel (Salesman) to take care of me so that I would not have to wait. Mel was awesome, and love his sense of humor! He took all the time I needed with no pressure at all. Between Mel and Jason, the whole experience was really great! Jimmy Truong, my finance guy was really awesome too! There was no high pressure and he worked to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible. Overall, it was a really WONDERFUL experience and I will definitely recommend Five Start Ford, Jason, Mel, and Jimmy to anyone that is looking for a vehicle! I met Carlton during our initial "wandering" around the lot to see what we liked and what impressed me most was he was not high pressure or pushy at all. Had he been...he'd have never seen me again. He answered my questions and over the next couple of weeks ( I travel a lot) he stayed in touch and researched what we needed and put together pricing for us. When we wanted to test drive one again, it was Carlton's day off, but he immediately made arrangements with a co-worker (Doreen I believe) who was very accomodating taking us for a drive. The best thing I can say is Carlton quickly determined what type of customer I am and worked with me to purchase a vehicle "my way". From seeing him with other customers I believe he's got a great sense of what people's "hot buttons" are and works to make it all good. Would highly recommend him. More
