Painless for us first timers. My wife and I were anti dealership from the start. We looked at Ebay and craigslist but we found that too many people were not open and honest about t My wife and I were anti dealership from the start. We looked at Ebay and craigslist but we found that too many people were not open and honest about their vehicles or were just plain mis-listing them. So we found a deal on craigslist from Five Star Ford. The price was so low we thought that it was just another bait and switch. Also we thought it had to be some small little dealership with some "hidden" issues. Well neither of those were the case. We pulled up and thought "are we in the right place?". It is a huge dealership where they open the door for you and don't even try to pressure you into buying the vehicle. They gave us time to drive and decide. We didn't want to be "sold" and weren't. We were treated with respect and courtesy. A truly painless experience. I would highly recommend Aaron Dias and Elbert Edwards to anyone that I wanted to have a wonderful car buying experience. More

Joe saw that this car might fit what we were looking for, although we asked about the Escape. He is very perceptive and was able to show us a car that it fit our needs and our budget to a tee . The process of buying the car was easy and Joe was with us all the way through from test drive to financing to actually preparing us to take the car home. With an electronic car, we needed a little extra instruction to begin driving the car! He took a lot of time and patience showing us all the amazing perks on the car, where all the buttons are located, connecting devices, etc. I appreciate all the time Joe spent with us....we are happy customers.
