Great experience My husband and I made the decision to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer after testing a similarly outfitted Toyota 4Runner. I have driven a 1997 4Runner My husband and I made the decision to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer after testing a similarly outfitted Toyota 4Runner. I have driven a 1997 4Runner since 2000 and it was a great car - 284,000 miles, and still going strong - we kept it. We were looking for something more comfortable and with more features. My husband met Carlton while looking at the Explorers available at 5 Star Ford. Carlton was very laid-back and yet answered all our questions and concerns He followed up and did everything he said he would do. We never felt rushed to make a decision. Carlton gave us time to look at the various features we wanted and then located the perfect Explorer for us. After having made a decision, we of course wanted to move more quickly to get our new Explorer. He worked with us to get it ready and stayed late a couple of times to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Our 2016 Explorer Limited is AWESOME!!! I have had to drive my 4Runner a couple of times since, and WOW, couldn't wait to be back in the new Explorer. With all the new features, I have had several questions. All I have to do is email Carlton, which is the easiest way for me to correspond, and he responds back very quickly with the answer. During our process, we found out Carlton is a Veteran, so THANK YOU very much for your service!! No words can express the appreciate we have for all Military, so it's awesome to be able to work with a Vet and have such a great experience. We opted for a Ford with this purchase, after being Chevy/General Motors people our entire lives. We did this because Ford didn't take bail out money from the government. I want to do business with companies who are responsible and take a hard look at what they are doing, or not doing, and correct it the way the rest of America has to handle their household budgets. I have to be responsible for my spending habits, and so should the government and all other companies. Perhaps as a Nation, we would be stronger in doing so. We will definitely return to 5 Star Ford for future vehicle needs, and will call Carlton for his assistance in locating the perfect vehicle. Thanks for everything!!! Ginger McCurry More

Cameron did the best he could to service me an my family and gave me the best deal on my trade and final price on my new company vehicle. I recommend Cameron and my only negative from my experience was that Cameron was not given a desk at that time so we were hopping all over the sales floor and was constantly having computer issues because he didn't have a computer of his own. Cameron handled it with composure and class. It was the best experience I've ever had in a dealership and I appreciate the quick service and the final result with my new Explorer. More

Everyone at Five Star Ford was awesome in making the nightmare bearable, Robert M pushed Ford and followed through as far as he could to pass it on to Josh and Tony H.to close the deal. I've bought my other two Fusions here through Spencer Southwell and was pleased to buy my third from my favorite salesmen!!!! Thank you everyone, see you on the next one!!! More
